Got window tinting on my NEW car fresh off the the lot. It was in excellent condition. After Versuch tinted my window they left scratch marks around the back side of my window. It was just scratch marks on the weather sealing (tape). They argued, and argued that they didnt do it, and refused to repair it. So the same day I ordered the replacement part which was only 3$ and when i went back up there to propose for them to fix it they refused, the receptionist even said "I knew he shouldnt have done business with you in the first place." For what ever reason I dont know... OVERALL the customer service is AWFUL, other than the scratched weather sealant that they refused to fix. They did an okay job on the tint. BUT if anyone believes that true genuine customer service is important-- PLEASE do not use this company! It would have taken them 25 mins top to fix this scratch but they refused to and were rude about it.
