Excellent facility. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Large amount of high end exercise equipment. 3 pools.

Excellent programs for all ages.

I made the mistake of paying a year in advance. I will not renew. The cleanliness has gone from iffy to disgusting. The tiles in women's shower area are filthy and the grout is black. I've never smelled any sort of cleaning products any where in the facility BUT the stench of urine is frequent in the hall from women's shower to the pool. The pool water is typically cloudy with ??? hovering near the bottom of the pool. I've had to cut my hair short because the high chlorine in the pool turned it to steel wool. Yes I wear a cap and I've swam for thirty years. Never have I seen such . My vehicle was backed into by a truck with a trailer hitch in the parking lot the first month. I asked security to check their surveillance cameras in the parking lot. They never called me back. Yes I called a couple times. I just drove a half hour this morning (Saturday)to go swim at 7a.m. I checked on line prior . I was told on arrival that pool was closed til 9a.m. for triathlon. There was no notification online and no posting at facility week prior. The front desk staff barely had a clue.

Don't bother

This is the WORST place I have been in a while. I was looking for a new place to work out that had a swimming pool. The staff here are so rude they act like they own the world . I have news for them they work for a living like everyone else. The pool are was very cluttered and the locker rooms were not very clean. If you walked past a staff person they didn't greet you at all I will NOT join a place that has stuck up staff. The other guest/members all seemed like they ruled the place. Wake up PEOPLE this is JUST the YMCA!!!!! Save your money and join somewhere that you are treated like a person. This is by far the worst place that I visited.

Dirty and disgusting. Not worth the cost!!! All the equipment is dusty and dirty. You have ripped padding on the weight machines, dust, dried spit and rude people jump from machine to machine without wiping their sweat and fecal off the seats. Barely anyone wipes the machinery down and that even includes the trainers who either stand around or hide in the office. They should be telling people to stop spreading diseases and change the pattern of carelessness. This is supposed to be a Christian organization who care and love each other. If that is the case, wouldn't they want to have a well maintained, clean environment that people respect and help care for and protect others? The layer of dust in the locker rooms is unbelievable and the only clean places are ones that you do not touch with your hands. Like the chairs in the main lobby. If you are looking to spread or contract a disease, this is the place to be. I have been to many YMCA's and this is the worst for cleanliness.
