We arrived shortly after opening. When we ordered hot tea, we were told they were out of tea bags. (A large grocery store is located across the street.) The food took over 45 minutes to arrive; when it did - the meat was hot but the sides were cold. My father told the Assistant Manager that his Portabella Steak was inedible (due to gristle). After my father added that this was the first bad steak he had received at Applebee's, the Assistant Manager replied, "It probably won't be the last.". (It will definitely be the last bad steak we get at that establishment!) Very poor service.

this was probably the worst place that i've ever eaten.it took 15 mins to even get a server to come to the table and when she did she was brain dead. many times we had to remind her or our drink order and that is the beginning of the visit to your resturant there was hardly anyone in there and the service was still terrible.
