Probably the worst large purchase I have ever made. Put half down 8/6/18 and still don't have my job complete. Was supposed to be done late September-early October of last year and it wasn't. Kept getting the runaround on dates and they would never show up or call to say they weren't coming. I got them to do something by the end of the year, but they they need to come back and do the final layer. The communication has been horrible since day one. I have been the one to start all communication-they never contacted me once about anything. They had no problem taking my money and even billed me for the complete job without my authorization and the job was not complete. This has been nothing short of a disaster. I would not recommend this company to do anything. Zero customer service skills!

Decent job. My driveway cracked in 3 months but they did come back and fix it the following summer..

I would not use Czars of Tar. Their warranty apparently means nothing. I have a driveway that was just completed and needs repair already and after three weeks of trying to call and set up an appointment for them to do the maintenance (I was told they would be out within two weeks but no one showed) I am now being told they will not do the repairs/maintenance until they have a job scheduled in the area. The owner is refusing to put me on the calendar and the office gal doesn't know what to do about it. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!~ I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

Nice work - great crew - good clean up - and fair pricing. We had several bids done, Czars was lower than several of them and even less than half of the highest one quoted. We were amazed at the differences in the estimates that we received for the same services requested from each with no "hard-sell" sales tactics. They did a great job and made sure that we were satisified with the job done - even going above and beyond to accomodate some unforseen changes. We will definitely recommend to friends and family for their projects.
