Lashinski's have never done me wrong. They have always been very respectful of our home and we have done business with them for years. They have never added unnecessary costs and always explained exactly what they needed to do and get approval before performing the work.

I found Jim demeanor to be unprofessional. His receptionist is rude, it takes multiple phone calls to get a return call days later. He doesn't want to set a firm time as to when he'll provide service, its a "sometime this day or sometime this week" deal. He's patronizing when speaking to you and I found him to be dishonest. I caught him in a lie and couldn't bear to listen to him try to talk his way out of it rather than admit his mistake. I don't trust him to do service for my properties anymore.
