Thank you to everyone at Rapid Sport Marine. Our new Ranger was a pleasure right from the start. I appreciate that the sales staff never pressured me before I was ready to buy. Their finance department also got me a better rate than my bank could. Thanks again!

I needed some warranty covered...

I needed some warranty covered repairs done on a Crestliner Superhawk I purchased from another dealer. The service there had gone south, so I called Rapid Sport Marine instead. These guys took the warranty work and fixed both a broken live well pump and a gas line. The job was done quickly and was expertly done.

I was nervous when I first arr...

I was nervous when I first arrived to Rapid Sport, because I knew I was going to make a big purchase, and spending that amount of money in one place keeps me on edge. Anyways, Dennis was very helpful and let me control the entire purchasing situation. By the end of the day I couldn't have been happier with how everything went.

I finally purchased my first N...

I finally purchased my first NEW Lund boat from Rapid after referrals from 2 of my friends. Not only was I finally able to buy a NEW boat, the entire staff took the time to educate me so that I bought the right boat with the right equipment, not some cookie cutter creation I found everywhere else.

New boat purchased from Rapid ...

New boat purchased from Rapid in April 2011. Brought boat in 4 times in less than 3 months and still have verifiable problems. Problem was further exasperated by being told we were "whining" and not to ever come back. Unpleasant, incompetent, and rude service and store manager in addition to a boat riddled with problems they will not help with - I would not recommend Rapid to anyone. *************************************************************************************************************************************** 8/17/2011 - Boat brought to Marine Max where their technicians did find, what they consider a substantial issue, and are finally corrected the problem. Funny thing is that I did not even buy the boat from Marine Max, but they have treated me far better than Rapid ever did and seem more competent in resolving the problem. I have bought many boats and vehicles in the past (some good, some not so good) - Rapid is the only dealer I absolutely would never consider doing business with again; their contempt for the customer is a great reason they do not deserve your business.
