Like the preview review I will say STAY AWAY from this company. I have to move, it was an unexpected move and I ordered propane the month before so, my tank is full. Amber (rude) told me that I signed a "NO REFUND POLICY" so they will not refund my money. Then she told me that, they may be able to refund my money but with a $40 fee and they will be refunding only half of the value i have in my tank. I told her it was a rip off and i will go in Small claim. She started laughing at me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DO NOT use Campora! They are shady and dishonest and have been sued numerous times because of their unfair business practices. (Information provided by a family member who processed legal cases for the Calaveras County court system.)



I moved out of a rental home recently and left the propane tank 60% full and fully paid for. It has now been two months and I still have not received my refund, AND to make the matter worse, I was told they would only be refunding me for half of the amount of propane in the tank less a $45 charge for the "service" they provided to read the gauge.



There are numerous propane companies in both Calaveras and Tuolumne counties who service this area and I highly recommend that you choose one of them over this unscrupulous company.
