The store itself was okay. However; there was one older caucasion lady, with black hair, who just had a very nasty attitude. She was a cashier. When I addressed her, she was not apologetic at all. I consider myself a very understanding person as I am a college instructor. I deal with many personalities. I understand that everyday is not always peachy, but customer service requires a bit more patience and positivity. You also have to be willing to correct your mistakes. As a paying customer who also just built a home in Angier, I think it sucks encountering people like her. It’s not welcoming at all. I hope this message is seen in hopes that that particular women can grow from it. Talk to customers like people not animals. I assume she thought I couldn’t afford to pay for what I had in my hand. This was a horrible experience. Meanwhile, I’m okay with shopping elsewhere.
