My son had his birthday party here 2 years ago and last year at Chuck E Cheese. He had so much fun here that he wants to have his party there this year.

BEWARE when having a birthday party at this location. When you read the information on the website, or in the flier - make sure you clearly understand that unless you are the FIRST party of the day - you CANNOT SET UP YOUR PARTY until 1 hour after you and your guests arrive. You CANNOT SET UP YOUR PARTY ROOM during the child's playtime in the Bouncy House Area, so do NOT bring any props or decorations. Your guests must place the presents for the child on a cart which hangs out in the front of the facility. Any belongings must be held onto by each person. They double-booked my son's party, and while they were willing to put us in the party room that was being renovated (very strong paint fumes), we had to wait for the previous party to end - which cut into the 1 hour we paid for - and for the staff to clean the room. Yet even though the previous parties cleanup time cut into our 1 hour - we were still charged for the full time. TRUST ME - having a birthday party at this facility is NOT worth the money you pay. DRIVE TO CARY.
