My wife and I normally prefer to eat at Whataburger except in our home town. For some reason our whataburger is tastewise substandard. Consequently we go to Burrger King here in town. Normally we buy through the take out window and return to our home a few blocks away. Numerous times we have had to return to the unit becouse they put mayonaise instead of mustard as we had stipulated on the burger. As a matter of standared opperating procedure we check the burgers when we get home. This last time however we found that one of the burgers was short a thired of one of its patties. I am sixty two yaers old and I was raised to give fair valuue an service for that which is rendered by the costomer.

Am I wrong..............Has this changed.
