We flooded with Harvey so had to buy a whole house full of carpet/tile! We had a problem with a couple of the carpet seams! Jason came out and looked at it and immediately ordered new carpet for the LR! And put the bigger piece of carpet from the LR to the bedroom. The guys put it down this week and I couldn't be happier with it. They had to show me where the seam was as it was so well hidden! A big thank you to Leo and helper for doing such a great job and to Jason for the great customer service and making sure to right a wrong! Cut Rate has our future business for sure!!

Has visited our home over many years installing carpet, vinyl planks, and a custom built shower. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Thought they did an out standing job and were able to over come several obstacles considering that the sub floor was in such poor condition. My living room floors at my beach now look amazing. I found every one that worked their to be incredibly pleasant and helpful. The floors were installed in just a few days and have made the biggest impact in giving the inside of my house a new face lift.

Don't go here! They will keep you waiting for months. Three or more in my case. Gave them business for three houses over the years. Got no thanks for that! Shoddy workmanship!

Cut rate carpet was wonderful! They had the best price on the laminate wood floors I chose to put in my home. Their workers were on time, polite, and professional. I could not be more happy with how my floors turned out. Family owned businesses always seem to take more pride in their work compared to chains and Cut rate carpet definately cut the stress out of this for me! Love them! WIll always use them for my flooring needs.

They were scheduled to show up at 9am, called at 8:30 to confirm. 11:30am rolls around with no comminication, so I call them, they say between 11&2. The guys show up 5 minutes later, look around and announce they aren't doing the job because it's too much work. They LEFT. Cut rate then informed me that someone could come do it the next day. That's NOT ok. My kid's bedrooms are torn apart, everything removed. I called Budget carpet. They saved the day and had someone come install same day for the same price!

Cut Rate Carpet is a wonderful company. We have used them many times and they always do a wonderful job at a very fair price. We will continue to use them with any flooring needs that may come up in the future.

My carpet was laid a few years back, and there are waves and ruffles all through the house....I'm told it could be stretched out, but I have to pay for it. I DO NOT feel I should, as I don't feel the carpet was laid correctly....I've had carpet laid and never ruffled...I'm 86 years old...but the carpet looks pitiful.

I live in the Houston area and found these guys to be cheaper and more knowledgeable than anyone in Houston. I used them to carpet and tile my house. Everything looks great!
