Provided by YP.comI wanted to take a few minutes to express my appreciation for your outstanding staff at Goe Harley Davidson and the outstanding job they ALL did repairing my bike. Let me start by telling you that I originally made the decision to purchase my 2012 FLTRX from Goe because of the way I was treated every time I entered your doors. I was made to feel at home and treated like family...whether I was purchasing a T-shirt or looking to by a bike. I was immediately impressed by the hospitality and from that point forward...Goe was my dealership.
On Friday, 8/09, I was headed out on the bike for a ride to have lunch with my wife and noticed that the engine and battery lights had illuminated on my speedo. I immediately headed home and contacted my Goe resident "Ace in the hole" Jimmy Wisenbaler to discuss the issue. Not only did he have a pretty good idea of the issue I was having but also coordinated with Scott to have Mark come to my house, in League City no doubt, to pick my bike up for evaluation and repairs. Like that is not awesome enough, the story just gets better from there. At approximately 10:30 am on Saturday morning I get a call from Paul in service explaining the problem they found with my bike and he informed me that Larry was almost completed with the repairs and I could shortly have my girl back...WOW! I got to Goe HD at approximately 2:00 pm and not only was my bike ready but it had also been polished up to boot. Let me not forget to mention that Goe and Harley Davidson stand behind their products and it was all covered under warranty. From the coordination of the pick-up and repairs by Jimmy and Scott, to the actual bike pick-up by Mark, contact from Paul and ultimately the repairs by Larry, this was an outstanding job very well done!!!
I suppose it would be an understatement to say that I am a satisfied customer...because I am more than that. I am an appreciative Goe Harley Davidson family member and look forward to the next opportunity I get to see all of you. Thank you all for all that you do!

Provided by YP.comJust when I thought that it couldn't get any better, Bruce Kain in service, really stepped up to the plate for me. He made a recommendation for my 2013 FLTRU, and it was definitely the right one. My bike is only one month old, but now it's like having a whole new bike all over again. He fixed me up with some SE255 cams, Rinehart Classic True Duals, SE Super Tuner, and SE Stage 1 air cleaner. This guy really knows what he's doing. He will always be the man I request to do any work on my bike. Howard and Kevin, you got a really good tech there. I appreciate all of your help in making my transition from one dealership, to making your dealership my now home dealership. And everyone there makes me feel like family. Thanks again to Bruce, and the whole GOE family who has made me a very happy Harley rider."

"Brock Simon did outstanding job helping us making purchase on new Road Glide Harley. Phil Raddatz also did a great job working with us on the pricing of the purchase. Purchase took longer then expected but the whole Goe Team stayed passed closing time until our purchase was complete. Thanks Brock Simon for everything.

I am equally impressed by your ability to assemble such a stellar crew of awesome professionals. This is precisely why I am a committed Goe customer and do all within my power to send everyone I know to your dealership. My thanks goes out to Jimmy, Scott and Larry for yet another job very well executed. Dealing with these guys is always a pleasure...and I am crazy about the bars on top of that!

Provided by YP.comI purchased a set of Bagger Nation Monkey Bars and cables for my 2012 FLTRX several weeks ago from Jimmy Wisenbaler. His detailed knowledge of the parts and bikes made it very easy to get everything I needed for a complete install. Even though Jimmy has since been promoted, he personally contacted me when the parts arrived and advised me on how to proceed. I then contacted Scott Boling who went out of his way to accommodate my limited time off from work to schedule the install and take care of me. Larry Gifford did an awesome job on the installation and both brought me into the shop to set the placement of the bars so that they would fit me perfectly when I left the dealership.
