Compared to all vets in the area this is by far the best! When we had to put our dog of 14 years down they were very kind and respectful. They even sent a sympathy card after. After our puppy got neutered they called the next day to see how he was doing. The staff was all very friendly and I felt confident my dogs were in good hands!

Unimpressed

I am new to the area and had to talent dog in for a rabies shot and an ear infection. The clinic itself seemed very outdated. I could watch everything the vets did from the waiting room. There were no separate exam rooms. It all seemed a bit unsanitary. They were busy when I went in and the woman I made the appointment with had not even put me in the books. They squeezed me in rather quick though. However, the vet weighed my dog and then put him on the table and started looking at his ear. Ear infections are painful and so my dog wasn't too pleased that some strange man who had not even patted him on the head was touching his painful ear. The man then proceeded to have my dog held by a nurse while he began to attempt to clean the ear. It was all very fast. Before I could say, "You should probably muzzle him." My dog had turned around and bit the vet. Enough to draw blood. They then muzzled him and tried to clean his ear. It was a bit of a battle. Finally the ordeal was over. I was very unimpressed. A good vet takes the time to develope at least a little bit of a relationship with a new animal before examining it. Instead they were just tryin to get people in and out. We won't be going back.
