Concrete all cracked due to contractor failed to cut. Failed to use rebar as per contract. Argued constantly with agreement. Paid in full contract signed by contractor but saying we jipped him on money. Drinking on job and drunk when agreement was signed 2 months past completion date. Had to hire another contractor to fix roof leak due to his fix was shooting caulk under all shingles. Very bad concrete contractor. Have agreement signed by contractor to come back and fix the issues and he refuses. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this crook.

I would give this business zero stars if I could. He was contracted by my elderly parents to put a roof on a barn and also paid to come back and do additional repair to a door on the barn. He never came back to do the work he was paid to do. The work he did was substandard to an incredible degree. The industry standard for a metal roof is one screw every three feet. He put one screw every 8-10 feet and consequently the first substantial wind several panels blew off. He has been contacted by phone on several occasions but will not come fix what he failed to accomplish. We have been told that he did not use enough screws because it was so cold when he was working on it. He accomplished his shoddy work in late July and August. He has also been saying that he did not put enough screws in it because he had not been paid. Considering that he asked for money up front to buy the materials and was paid at the end this is ludicrous. Pending legal action. Save yourself grief and do not hire him.
