We purchased a used stove from rent a center under the 90 days same as cash option. They couldn't deliver it the day that they said they would, because the person who set it up failed to tell them that it was still at another store. Once we got it inside and hooked up, come to find out they didn't change the fittings from Propane to Natural gas as they said they had. So our stove cooks at a VERY low temp. They offered to switch out stoves until they get the parts, but that's very inconvenient with mine and my husbands work schedules. So we asked them to order the parts and send them to us and we would take care of it. WE have had the stove for a month, still no parts. I've even ask for compensation for the inconvenience, which it doesn't look like that's going to happen. I will NEVER buy anything through Rent a Center again. Very poor customer service.
