Senior Financial Solutions is a great asset to this community! Dan Sturtz has been helping my family for many years with all their insurance needs. He, as well as the rest of the staff, go above and beyond for their clients!

Made an appointment with Cory. I made it for a week out so I could get his advice. When talking with him on the phone he came off with an attitude but I just thought it was a bad day. The day of the appointment we were on time and entered the building. When walking in you could see Cory (and he could see us) in his office. We waited while he chatted about something that didn't sound like business. After 5 minutes a young lady walked in and asked us if she could help. I said we have an appointment with Cory. After 10 minutes Cory came out (dressed in sport wear with sunglasses perched on his head [real professional?!?!]). He went to the copier and did some paper work...NEVER ACKNOWLEDGING WE WERE THERE. I told my fiancee we need to go, so we did. When walking to the vehicle he came out and asked if we needed help. I shouted back that we had an appointment with him and he was rude....We left.
OWNER: If this is the kind of people who you employee, I'm going to make sure everyone I know (American Legion, Elks, and the people I've know around here for the past 25 years)....about how unprofessional and rude doing business with your company...
Too bad...I wanted to keep my business local but I went on line and did business there....
