Upon learning of my child"s reference from a former employer (also a close family friend) I was rather hurt that "hear say" from a family member would cause a red flag. The negative report comes from listening to one side of the situation. The employment performance that my child held while working for this particular person and their sibling was over and above what was required. I will clear my child:s name and if there is not an apology made I will further deal with the matter legally.
