This is possibly one of the worst companies I have ever gone through. I called this company through a recommendation of a friend to fix a cracked laptop screen. The owner of the company (Mike) said he would come out and pick it up on a specific day in the morning. Never showed up or called. Called him the next day, he said the same thing. Never called or showed up AGAIN! Then a couple days later I was going to Ankeny, so I called to see if I could drop it off. He said yes, he would make sure someone was there. I drove a half an hour to ankeny to drop it off and no one was there to take it. I randomly stopped by about six hours later aon my way out of Ankeny and he was there to take it. He never once apoologized for the inconvience or anything. Told me it would take one week to fix. One week later I still had not heard anything and so I called to see if it was done. Took two days to have someone call me back and they had "just started working on it, would be done the next day" He also told me he would drop it off the next day. Next day came and went and never heard anything. So I called and he said there was a problem with the screen, they had ordered the wrong one and wanted to kno\w if I wanted them to overnight a new one. Why did I have to call him on this? Why wouldn't he have valled me to tell me this? He did overnight one and said it would be done two days later. Two days later no call. I called that evening and no one answered. Called and left three messages over the next two days. Finally on the third day the owner ansered the the phone and when asked if it was done said he ordered the wrong one again. SO FRUSTRATING!!! no apolog\y, no discount, nothing!!!!!! I will NEVER go there again, nor would i recommend them to anyone ever!! By the way, the screen was never fixed. Once again, looking for someone else who knows what they are doing to fix it. I just could leave it there for another two weeks and not have it be fixed!!!!! POOR COMPANY. HORRIBLE customer service.

The level of service at Computer Tech is fantastic. Having been a customer for many years, I am consistently impressed by the professionalism of every staff member I have come in contact with. Thank you!
