DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrible experience! Go to Anani instead! The girl cutting my hair was very young, rude, inexperienced, tried fighting with me about my own hair, and then on top of all of that, butchered it!!! She layered my beautiful long hair, and you could see every single cut she made! I had big, heavy chunks of hair, instead of nice, flowy, blended layers like they're supposed to be. She told me the more we cut off, the longer it will look. After leaving, I immediately called and spoke with the salon owner to explain what had happened. She was reluctant to listen to my story, and told me that the girl said I was pleased with my haircut, and that I didn't complain during the visit at all. I was terrified to say anything for fear of her cutting even more off!!! She said that I could come in and she would fix it, but it would be tough because she had to do her mom's hair, and had specific days off that wouldn't work for her. I'm sorry, but if one of your employees butchers someone's hair, you should be apologetic, and try to make it right in any way possible! After all, I paid for a service that sucked! Instead, it seemed like she felt that this was a trivial inconvenience. I will NEVER go back there for ANYTHING! Go to Stella at Anani Salon & Spa. She fixed my hair right up, and although it's a little shorter than I would have liked seeing as how Stella had to cut some more length to even things out, I love my haircut, and I think I have found my new stylist! :)
