Provided by YP.comRun away! Don't walk and if you can't walk crawl...but stay away from this place! I went on new years day when other urgent cares were closed. Never again! Go to the ER or tough it out but they will charge you $200 and provide a quack! Very creepy!

Provided by YP.comLet me just say first that I have no personal investment in this place whatsoever. I live out of state and only came across this review because I'm sick and needed to see a doctor while visiting here. For this reviewer, the fact that the doors were closed at 20 til closing time is absolutely nothing uncommon with a walk-in or urgent care center, nor is there anything at all wrong with doing that, and if you work in healthcare- as you say- you should be aware of this (I do NOT work in healthcare, but I know this as a consumer). It is a basically universal policy that these places will not see any patients who do not arrive at the office at least 30 minutes prior to closing time (at many places it's an hour). If all patients have been seen and left, and there aren't any new patients in to be seen 30 minutes or an hour prior to close (whatever the policy is for that particular center), then the doors are locked and the place will be closed up. The fact that somebody was still in the office seems pretty obvious that they were just finishing closing things up, but to open back up for a single patient who just walked up to the door 20 minutes before close would be an unreasonable request (and a waste of time and money), especially considering this was an illness you were talking about, not some chest pain, etc. Chances are you could survive through the night, or you could always go to the emergency room. That's why they're open 24 hours. It's a shame that you used this "review" as a venue to throw a tantrum about something that didn't go your way when the recipient of this review did absolutely nothing wrong. In fact, they were just doing their jobs. This saves customers money in the long run as it's saving the center money by closing down when there aren't any patients walking in by 30 minutes before closing time. That's 30 minutes less that we're paying for the doctor(s), nurses and staff in there. Next time, I would suggest reviewing agencies' (and not just urgent care centers') policies prior to attempting to walk in so shortly before they close.

Provided by YP.comI arrived at the door at 7:40 pm after I had phoned to find out the hours of operation are till 8 pm. I found the clinic dark with a closed sign on the door, right next to the listed hours of operation, ( posted 8 pm closing time) I tried the door and it was locked, although it was obvious the someone was moving about around the corner at the desk, out of direct sight but visible by shadow movement. They did not come to the door.I found this disconcerting, if the posted hours are til 8, then I believe they are obliged to close the door to new cases at 8 pm.Then continue to process the cases within. It appears they closed early to facilitate being able to 'quit' at a certain time. I do not intend to EVER attempt to patronize a clinic such as this, with expediency of getting off work elevated over observing care for sick people. I work in health care and could not conceive of just turning off the light and turning my back when I am still responsible for fellow human beings and their well-being.
