Amazingly Awesome! I look forward to each and every visit to the gym. I've lost 35 lb. of fat mass and gained 8 lbs of lean mass. Increased strength, fitness and confidence has greatly improved my horseback riding too! The entire staff at Applied Fitness Solutions is amazing- I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this place. The owner/instructor is egotistical and he doesn't care about keeping clients. He thinks he knows what's best for you when in reality, his knowledge of fitness is clearly lacking. Very annoying; don't waste your time or your money.
