I had a BAT in my apartment for almost 2 weeks. The first day I saw it I called my building manager and they said they would come and get it. The next day, the building manger text me and told me the bat was gone. However, when I got home the bat was still there. I knocked on my manger’s door, who lived up stairs and he came to check. He did not see the bat so he said it was probably all in my head and he can not pay for people to come get the bat if its not really there. Finally, some neighbors helped me remove the bat. Nam Building Management Co is one of he worst housing company’s in Ann Arbor. Their 608 building manager often ignores your request, email, phone calls, and mail. Also, they rarely give up your security deposit back with out court intervention. Their 608 property is disgusting. They clean the hallways twice a year and cleaned the outside once. They also will charge you for things that you stated in inventory checklist was broken. The Nam Building Management Co is a scam. You cannot get your full security deposit back because none of their phones works. You can call you building manager, but you will not be able to talk to the people that handle your money.
