I just recently moved to Ann Arbor Michigan from out of state. My husband and I were exhausted from unpacking and received a welcome post card from Papa Johns on Plymouth road. We called and, never have ordered from them before, asked just about every item on the menu.

We spoke to a very friendly and professional woman named Ray (?) and she provided us with all crust types, ingredients, and even special coupons. We were very excited. Unfortunately, being new to the neighborhood, were unsure if Papa Johns was able to deliver to us. The woman on the phone asked to briefly put us on hold. Expecting a long wait, we were surprised with a ten second delay and a pleasant greeting from the manager named Kathy or Casey. She explained to us that we were out of their delivery area, but being new to the neighborhood she agreed that she would indeed send a driver to bring us our dinner!

We couldn't have been more pleased.

The management crew was very professional and sounded more than enthusiastic to meet our needs and to help us out in any way they possibly could. They even gave us their $12 large special for our second pizza, along with the first free pizza. The driver made it to our new home in less than 20 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened up our pizza minutes later and it was still steaming!



We will most DEFINITELY be ordering from Papa John's again, because they have the most outstanding service and highest quality ingredients that my husband and I have experienced from any pizzeria.
