Real D Properties is a multi-service company that BUYS, REPAIRS, MANAGES, and SELLS HOMES throughout the Metropolitan Detroit and Ann Arbor Area. We work with all types of buyers and situations. Some of our customers need time to alleviate a shortage for their down payment; some need time to solve credit issues, some just want to "try-out" the house, schools or neighborhood. We assist homeowners in all of these situations to get them in the home of their dreams as quickly as possible. After move in, we work with lenders to get them "seasoned", so they can qualify for a new loan and then buy the property with traditional financing. We work with sellers who need to sell or want to sell, but do not want to wait six months to market their home, repair and renovate, pay real estate commissions, or wait for an approved buyer. We assist sellers who need a no hassle, friendly transaction, a fast and flexible sale, a fair price and a quick offer. Additionally, we aid those who have a home needing repairs or maintenance or need to relocate ASAP. Our Mission is to provide for our customers by developing and delivering quality services, which are distinctive and valuable. We listen to our clients and create unique situations to meet their needs while delivering these benefits as efficiently and effectively as possible. Financing: If You Have Some Credit Issues We can put you into a house for as little as 3% of the sales price. If you have more money to work with we can offer you our Special Financing Program. Choice: We Can Customize A House For You If you like one of our houses, but it doesn't quite have all the features you want. We can completely customize a house to meet your needs. If the home needs repairs we may be able to work out some credits for quality work you perform or have performed. There are many other possibilities Let's talk!
