Established in 1918, Anna-Jonesboro Community High School provides a wide range of education services for academic, social, physical and intellectual growth of students. The school s curriculum offers a wide range of subjects, such as agriculture, arts, English, mathematics, family and consumer science, social studies, business, physical education, and music. It has a health center funded by Illinois Department of Human Services that provides various medical services. Anna-Jonesboro Community High School also offers special education services, such as monitoring, prevocational and cross-categorical program.
