After living in Anna for a year - our street has been totally skipped multiple times - for both refuse and recycle pick-up. When I call to find out why I am faced with the same question - "did you place something in the recycle pick-up that is not on our list?" NO I CAN READ!! It is on the City of Anna Website in plain English. And is it feasible that everyone on one street placed inappropriate items in the the recycle? How about the trash pick-up why was that skipped? Unacceptable trash? This is the worst trash service I have ever had.

AWESOME COMPANY!!! I am a firm believer in contacting the company first prior to posting anything on social media. There was only one minor concern and Heather resolved it quickly and made sure it was right... I am hopeful we give this company a chance to resolve issues first.. Godbless

I have used Bradshaw for almost a year for our weekly rural trash service and have never had an issue. They show up the right day every week and always do a good job. I also rented a 'roll off' dumpster from them and was very pleased with that service as well.

if you have a choice- stay away from using this company. if you have ANY choice, choose someone else. this is the worst company i've ever done "business" with- they have absolutely no ethics and offer 0 customer service. absolutely unreliable.

I placed trash out for the week. I placed one bag of trash beside the container because my trash container was too full. I also placed a few items that were not bagged beside the can. They took the items set beside the can that were not bagged but refused to take the ONE bag I could not get into their trash container.... Not happy with service because they do not take everything.

I had previously used another garbage service in this rural area, who used open trucks, spreading trash freely around the countryside, and were unrelaiable in their pickup. I have been extremely happy since I switched to Bradshaw. They arrive as scheduled, they do not make a mess, and they use a real garbage truck. I recommend them highly.
