Awful! First of all when I walked through the door there was no greeting and I was just steered at. I then placed my order and the kid that was taking it seem puzzled and didn't seem to understand me. I asked for a 12 piece meal with 4 breasts. Throughout this process this kid kept saying "what?" The manager came over and asked "you want 12 breasts sir?" I replied "no, I want 4 breasts". I received my order and I decided to check it while I was still there. It was wrong. There was 6 pieces of chicken instead of the 12 piece I had ordered. There was one side missing. When I informed the cashier kid of the mistake in my order, he just turned and walked off. The manager came over and asked "What's the problem sir?" I replied that "this is not what I ordered." I told her what I did order and she apologized and went and fixed my order. I think it was a language barrier as this cashier was not fluent in English. As I was leaving I heard the cashier ask "what did he say?" I will never go to this KFC again. Very poor service. Don't go to a KFC with illegal Mexican immigrants.
