very pleased with the service i have received on my 2010 dodge Ram that they have been servicing since 2011 have never had a complaint . they have earned my trust !

Worst service. Owner arrogant and lazy.

I needed an inspection done on my car and even with the bad review I decided to use them. After all, what can go wrong with an inspection? Well they performed an inspect and told me it had fail. I was told it had a problem with the emmission. I was then offered a "diagnostic" for $42 to determine what was the problem. I was surprised of the outcome. When I asked why didn't my CEL come on, they replied "It is on". I checked and in effect it was on. I told them the Check Engine Light was not on when I pulled in. They argue it was. The manager offer to place the car on the diagnostic machine to see when the CEL came on. The result; "it can't be determined". I then asked, why would you do an Inspection when a car has the CEL? The answer: "because customers want us to". I don't know of anyone who would pay $40 to fail the inspection. After arguing with the manager, I told him I would leave a negative review. His answer: "educate yourself and tell the whole story". Be aware, these people will take you $40 for inspection even is they know it is not going to pass!

DO Not use this company! I've never been so taken advantage of as a woman. Shouldn't even give them one star. Extremely over priced, told me they would be out to talk to me about my car and never came just did what they wanted and gave me a huge bill.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This was the worst place Ive ever done business with. I asked to speak to the owner about a problem I was having getting my car passed for inspection. The owner of the store was extremely rude, he didn't care whether I was happy or not. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk to him and he even raised his voice to me and to top it off he did it right in the middle of the lobby in front of other customers! I own my own business and I know what it means to run a company and this was far from how a business owner should treat there customers. Please do not do business here they do not deserve it.

One of the better fast lubes. They take the time to explain the services they offer, and they do a good job. Friendly staff, and a clean shop. My wife and I will continue to bring our cars here.

DO NOT USE them for repairs! Shouldn't even give them 1 star!



My family has been loyal customers since they opened, using them for oil changes and some repair work. Dec 2011, we used them to replace my mother's broken fuel pump (costing over $700) which involved removal of the gas tank. We did not know that the mechanic involved had made a critical error (knowingly) that could have been disastrous for my mother and others on the road.



I may have to refrain from giving specifics until we decide how to proceed/resolve this issue with KwikKar. All I can say is that we are truly blessed to have Bob Tomes' Service Manager as our next-door neighbor. He monitored KwikKar's attempts at fixing the problem, and he was confident that they could fix their mistake easily. BUT - once the car was dropped off to us, the owner stated it was fixed and he'd let his own daughter drive it. My mother took it to Bob Tomes Ford in McKinney, where they put it up on the lift and could find no real evidence that anything had been repaired. It was then fully repaired for my mother at their shop in 30 minutes.



All we got from KwikKar was excuses and pretend remorse.

Service was great and everything else was as well!

My wife took her vehicle for an oil change and get the breaks replaced. They were professional and seemed to care about the work that they did because they heard a high pitch noise coming from one of the back breaks so they took it all off and clean everything again. This might had cause her to wait longer but it was done perfectly. We will continue to take our vehicles here.
