I contacted Mr. Ohi to direct the contractors on three elements. He wrote up only one aspect of the job. During his visit, he'd mentioned two other elements that would need to be adjusted, but would not give exact advice on how to handle the three parts together. It was exasperating! This is exactly what he was contracted for, so he knew that this was the information I needed.

He avoided answering the question, mentioned more money to come take another look, and bad-mouthed me to the contractor.

Not trustworthy. His lack of follow through has significantly delayed the work. I lost the money I wasted on him, and will now have to pay someone else to come out to do what he has already been paid to do. Very frustrating.

Based on how he casually threw out answers about things, I don't even trust the fundamental assessment. This has been a bad experience. Communication was a real issue. I still have no idea why he's holding back on providing information to me, instead of making calls to the contractor. I'm the client.

With very short notice, Kamran was able to assess the foundation of a house on which we had a contract. He was extremely knowledgable, obvisously very experienced, and communicated his thoughts very clearly. We were very happy to have worked with him and would highly recommend him.
