Ordered a bed for about $2000 - they took the money from my account within 24 hours of the order. It was finally delivered almost 4 weeks later (WHAT A NIGHTMARE!) Really bad customer service - "Dawn" who I assume is an owner, refused to assist. She had a very condescending attitude and because of her lack of concern, this was overall a horrible experience! Because of the missed delivery, my out of town guests were forced to stay in a hotel. Do yourselves a favor, don't buy from this company. Check out the info on BBB. I sure wish that I had.
