The women at the front desk were so kind to me. They calmed me down and helped me so much

From the receptionist, the assistants and from Dr. Renfro, there is a constant, How can we make our patients feel comfortable and confident that they will receive the best care and attention?

Annapolis Dermatology Associates is the best office in town! Dr. Renfro and her PAs are incredible. I am so impressed everytime I come to this office. The employees treat everyone with such kindness and care. I don't know how Dr. Renfro trains such a great team. Every visit is lovely -- even when I have to have surgery. It's nice to not be treated like a number for once.

In my two visits to your practice, I was made to feel listened to, soothed, understood and supported by professional medical specialists and friendly reassuring staff on phone, at desks, in hallways and in consultation rooms.

Everyone has a smile in their voice. This is so important when all the patients are experiencing stress and high levels of anxiety. Hats off to this great group. You have a great team that understands the patients needs.

I went to 2 other dealerships north of boston after I got my permit looking solely for a little advice in guidance, and found nothing but rude salespeople who ignored me when they realized I wasn't buying that day. I stopped in Riverside and met Jerome (awesome guy!) who talked to me for a good 30-45 minutes about the best choice for me, let me sit on everything, and even directed me towards Streetwise Cycle School (where i took my MSF course). Also, today I called with questions about my '89 Honda Hawk, and while they couldn't help me (they don't work on bikes older than 10 years), the nice sales guy recommended me to a shop in Abington where they could help me out, and I am currently dealing with them (J&G performance in Abington - review to come) now. Definitely someone I would go to if I could!

If you have to have some skin surgery, this is the place to go. I was really impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. This is a place that I really didn't want to be, but when I left I was confident that my issues were addressed, and that I would not have to come back.

I was so impressed. I didn't know what to expect after reading such mixed reviews. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was nice and had smiles on their faces. It's always scary going somewhere - not knowing if you have cancer or not. I was treeted nicely and as a friend instead of just as a patient. The office was beautiful. I know that no matter what this turns out to be - I'll be in good hands. The staff is so knowledgeable. I'll definitely refer all of my friends and family there.

Docs and assistants are good but reception is rude. Signing in is in secret because of HIPPA yet they yell out your name. What's the point? A hello, please, and thank you would go a long way.
