Provided by Doctor.comDr. Lynch mannerism, professionalism, and his ability to educate was greatly welcomed. He was able to immediately make me feel at ease as soon as I arrived and He actually listened to what my needs and issues were. I have met alot of MDs who rush you the through the process and make you feel uneasy and unsure with the decisions out there, Dr. Lynch was the opposite, he genuinely cares and ensures I am comfortable with the decision we made. All options were presented before me in a clear, concise, and in layman terms, to me so I knew exactly what was happening and will happen during those different options. Dr. Lynch described in one word- PHENOMENAL!!

Provided by Doctor.comDr Lynch has been my physician for more than six years. He’s treated me on multiple occasions from Patellar subluxations, to PRP injections to stellate ganglion blocks. Dr Lynch always takes time to patiently listen to my complaints and explain treatments/procedures thoroughly.

Provided by Doctor.comTook the time to listen to my history, ask relevant questions, verified my understanding of options, outcomes and diagnosis. Explained what he was doing, how, and why it mattered during the procedure, ensured I understood my restrictions and had realistic expectations before I left the visit.

Provided by Doctor.comDr. Lynch went above and beyond during our doctor appointment. I was never once rushed and he had excellent listening skills. You can tell when a doctor truly listens to you vs. already having their mind made up no matter what you tell them. His diagnosis was accurate and treatment was thorough....and all done while maintaining a smile on his face and a sense of humor!

Provided by Doctor.comDr. Lynch has been my go to provider for over a decade, he is always professional but easy to talk to. You can tell by his demeanor that he truly cares about you as an individual and is fully vested in helping you. He was both my PCP and the doctor that helped treat me for PTSD from my combat deployments. I cannot explain what a difference he made in my life under his care.

Provided by Doctor.comI had a difficult issue with my foot and Dr. Lynch was extremely helpful in figuring out what the problem was after months of dealing with misdiagnosis and pain. He used ultrasound to diagnose my issue and it was readily apparent that he is highly skilled in using ultrasound to aid in his assessment. He was able to lay out a few courses of action for treatment taking my active lifestyle into consideration, allowing me to weigh in on any treatment decisions. I would very highly recommend Dr. Lynch to anyone with a sports injury! His caring approach to my difficulties was much appreciated!

Provided by Doctor.comDr Lynch provided me cutting edge prolo therapy on my shoulder 5 years ago. To this day it feels great with minimal invasive care. He prevented surgery and provided me amazing relief and support. I wish I could move to Annapolis just to have him back as my doc! He is a true patriot, hero, and amazing human. All of my above comments are understated. Mark Bollong, US Navy SEAL retired Commodore.

Provided by Doctor.comI came into this procedure a bit skeptical...
I was NOT pressured or talked into proceeding. It was explained to me in great detail, Dr Lynch spent an hour with me to make sure I was sure I wanted to continue and everything he explained was exactly what happened. For me this has been a life saving stepping stone to getting my PTSD under control and manageable.

Provided by Doctor.comAs a therapist with two masters degrees and over a decade of PTS symptoms - I’d love to say I knew the secret to fixing myself on my own. I have been very fortunate to have incredible therapists with military family members with PTS who have had extra empathy for what it’s like. I have tried Effexor up to 225 mg, many other antidepressants in different combos, IV Ketamine, EMDR. Everything has helped me at different points of my journey but nothing has made me feel comfortable in my own skin. I’m actually shocked at how SGB has worked. I’m a few weeks out now and instead of having to do 30 minutes of progressive muscle relaxation to loosen my neck and shoulders and try to avoid migraine - I can notice the tension starting and consciously relax in a few moments. I am gradually planning to do some exposure with my therapist and it’s interesting noticing the dramatic reduction in avoidance. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lynch and SGB. (ps have a good therapist to process with after)

Provided by Doctor.comVisited Dr. Lynch for the Stellate Ganglion Block procedure and I was totally happy that I did. Dr. Lynch is very friendly, compassionate and professional. He kept me informed throughout the procedure and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being. As for the procedure itself, the SGB procedure changed my life. I feel this is definitely an option to explore for anyone suffering with any type of PTSD. I feel more optimistic about my future knowing this procedure is available. It has truly given me a more positive outlook on life.

Provided by Doctor.comMy daughter has been searching for something to help her anxiety and CPTSD for years. From the minute we walked into the office Dr. Lynch made us feel relaxed and hopeful for the procedure. We have been to many doctors over the years. Dr Lynch is the most caring, kind, and patient doctor we have every met. The procedure did help in turning down the volume of anxiety in my daughter. I know it can seem intimidating to try an "out of the box" treatment but i would encourage you to try the Stella Block if you struggle with PTSD.
