Provided by SuperpagesThis office use to be great however, it has changed some.. I went in for a appointment last month and the dr office had no drinking water in the entire office.. My mom needed to take her medicine while waiting for me to finish my test and was told that there was none. The staff is Great. Miss Carlisa is the best always going the extra mile to help me when I come in.. Also not to mention how long it took me to receive a phone call concerning my test results. I hope this message get to the owner because this is things that can be fixed and are not major concerns .." Just get a water dispenser and call you patients in a timely fashion please "!

Provided by SuperpagesI was referred to Dr. Doud by many of my coworkers who have been patients for over 10 years. Starting with my first call to the office, I was treated in a warm and friendly way - the receptionist even offered to verify my insurance benefits! The office is very relaxed, beautiful and kid friendly -the well-stocked toyroom was a big hit with my 3 and 6 year old.The exam was the most thorough that I've every received - I've been wearing glasses since third grade and contacts since 7th grade. I was able to get my new contacts the same day and the staff was extremely knowledgeable regarding my prescription and helped me to choose a stunning new frame that actually makes my lenses look great! I actually wear my glasses in public now! Since my own great experience at Annapolis Vision Center, I've been recommending my friends and family - they've all been extremely happy. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Doud, her staff, and the office itself! You won't be dissapointed!

Provided by SuperpagesI am no eye doctor but I feel very comfortable going to one. I have had surgery on my eye quite a while ago and am required to see an eye doctor frequently. After attending this place, I feel I have lost some trust. The doctor wouldn't even give me a full work up (dilation) after requesting one (because of my past conditions) when it was covered in my insurance. She turned it into a contact lens exam, which was not covered by my insurance and tried to push some contact lens on me that was 3 times the amount of what I currently pay. I declined the new contact lens but decided since I had to pay for the "contact lens exam" I might as well update my prescription. I tried to but the only thing she wanted to do was get records from my previous doctor instead of doing the work herself. I believe this place to be a true money maker and not one at all concerned with the health of your eyes.
