Me and my wife took our daughter to East Coast Martial Arts at 3 years of age to help with being bullied. The bullying stopped after a few weeks and since then we've joined her and as a family, are having so much fun in classes together and competing with the school AAU team! The instructors are very professional and they make Taekwondo classes fun even though it's a lot of work. What we learn applies to every area of our lives and is a way of life for us now.
