Great selection, reasonable to high prices...but I was very disappointed with the service. My sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful in selecting my items. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service after the order was delivered. Two toilets were delivered damaged (smashed) and it took almost one month for Ferguson to replace the two items. Instead of an apology or expediant service to correct the problem, they almost charged me a significant restocking fee. I had to negotiate firmly for them not to charge the restocking fees. Four months later, I have two outstanding issues. One Ferguson shipped a damage part for my shower and insufficient parts for another toilet. I have lived in my house now for almost two months. My shower in the master bath and a toilet in the basement still does not work. I have placed numerous phone calls to them to get the two items replaced; they have done almost nothing to order new parts or address our concern. When I say nothing, I am not exaggerating. Not only will they not order the parts, they rarely every return my calls. I am extremely, extremely disappointed with their after-sales service. They will bend over backwards to be friendly and helpful when placing the order, but they do not want to have anything to do with you once the sale is done. I am sorry I choose Ferguson.
