We were first referred to Anne Pereira over four years ago by one of the more respected attorneys in town. She has handled our personal tax returns, and has advised us with regard to business and real estate matters. We have been very pleased with her services and professionalism. Anne's staff is both competent and friendly. The fee structure is reasonable and we would encourage others to consider utilizing her firm.

I first met Anne Pereira more than twenty years ago when I brought her a boxful of receipts, which were the only financial records my husband and I were given when we took over the management of an international trade association. From those receipts, she expertly set up the books and filed the taxes. She continued to improve our accounting practices and fulfill all our accounting and bookkeeping needs during the next ten years of the association?s life. At the same time she and her staff assumed our personal and family partnership accounting, including the tax complexities of estates and trusts. I rely on their expertise often. Everyone at Pereira & Associates is professional, attentive and accessible. I highly recommend their services.

I used them last year for my taxes, but this year I filed by myself. Around the end of April, I received an invoice for $41 saying they had filed tax extensions on my behalf. I had NOT authorized them to do any filing for this year. A DEPLORABLE business practice to assume to do services without a client's authorization, and to file tax paperwork no less.I was fine with them before, but they've completely lost me as a client and I would never recommend them now.
