Disappointing. Will not return to this location. Staff may be well intentioned, but this is no substitute for skill and knowledge. Cannot cut straight; do not listen to clients; do not trim but rather take a long time and cut a lot of hair. A skilled stylist cuts straight, listens to the client and cuts the way the client wants, and can simply trim and get a good cut. I would not recommend. One star is given simply because this review would not post without at least one star checked. Not my choice.
