I have been taking my 4 cats here for about. 10 years. The doc's are very nice, & if I felt there was something going on, even if they didn't, they would do further testing til I was satisfied, they were not trying to make me have a big bill, it was me asking to do or to test something. They say, you know your animal the best, if you feel your pet is not acting right & feel maybe be something else, they will do what you want, like one of my cats always gets sneezing, runny nose Itching ect. Well he can not take pills! We tried every trick in the book, so we said give him a shot of the antihistamine & they would say, that doesn't really work, but it help my cat a lot! So we would say, well it does help our cat & they said ok, no problem, if it helps him & you know your pet, this old vet we use to go to, would not give him the shot! & they would stick him in this little square box & knock him out just to exam him!! Causemy cat hates the vet! He's the sweetest cat, til you take him to the vet!
But when we started taking him to Annapolis, they handled him so well, no drugging him, & they said that was bad for him to drug him every time he needs a check up! They are very nice! Very gentle!
But never go to the vet hospital on bearcats road!!!!!! Have been there!! Have heard horror stories! & my own horror story!! Stay away from best gate road animal hospital! If you want your pet to be with you a long time!! My 7 yr old kitty is in a oak box!!! Cause if BESTGATE ROAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!! but Greater Annapolis vet is the BEST!!!!!! :) =^~^= meow!!!
