They are rude, lose your packages, and make you feel like a bother if you ask for anything. I got scolded for shaking my rugs out and letting my 11 year old niece have a Snoopy snowcone stand (they call this soliciting). Yet my neighbor is grilling on his deck right now. And at least 5 times per month, I get a knock on my door from someone who is trying to sell me something. When the staff are pleasant, it is so fake. I dread anytime I have to deal with them.
