Missed scheduled completion of work by seven weeks. Every week the service manager said the yacht would be ready the subsequent week only to delay week after week. Reasons preferred for the repeated delays included “boat show,” “supply chain,” “Truck drivers not showing up to work,” “Truck driver injured,” etc., etc.
