Grandpa needs to stay home with his nine grandchildren. He inspected my home for buyers and was extremely careless and destructive. He turned off my well, which I discovered late that evening, broke my shower arm, left lights on throughout my house, went in out and left doors open, left marks on my stairwell wall dragging his tool box and ladder, reversed the ceiling crawl space plank to the unpainted side, and more. He ticked me off when he first arrived by parking on my concrete pad blocking the garage doors and when I showed him where to park he said he had parked there because he did not want to track mud in my house. Oh, I guess he is not going to inspect the two air conditioning units or the deck supports, He proceeded to park in the middle of the parking area which can accommodate eight vehicles but parked awkwardly and made it difficult for three more vehicles to park. Maybe his wife enjoys following behind and picking up after him --if so she should accompany him on inspections. I think it is time for him to retire from his second job and stay home and bond with the grandchildren.
