It had been a while since I've had a service on my car and I needed it done without an appointment. I have had my car towed to John's shop before, after I broke down on 50 and they made sure to have me back out on the road ASAP seeing as how I only have 1 vehicle in my household. So I decided to go back for my service and it was very smooth. John keeps what seems like a very close-knit shop where you can see your car being worked on and the mechanics were very quick to come out and talk to me personally. Some remodeling had been done too :)

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseHORRIBLE COMPANY!!! After accepting my vehicle to work on, two weeks passed with me having to call every day to get any kind of update or status report. After the two weeks of my vehicle being at their facility I was told they did not have the ability to completed the requested work. Not only did I lose two weeks of time down with this vehicle but had an awful experience dealing with this company & staff. I would NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Negative 5 stars, if you care about your vehicle go anywhere else but here!

I got an estimate for work needed on my Lexus RX from the dealer and John Kent Auto did the work for half the cost and also found a crack in the drive belt that the Lexus tech missed.

They did a great job repairing my bus & kept my business running, thanks !!!

They got my 18 wheeler back on the road quick!
