Dr. Leo G. Hruska is a licensed Psychologist providing a full range of clinical services including psychological evaluations, psychotherapy, marriage counseling, coaching (executive/personal), hypnosis, consultation, legal consultation and expert witness testimony. Dr. Hruska is a licensed Psychologist whose education and training qualify him to deliver psychotherapy and other mental health services. He received his Doctorate from the University of Maryland and has worked as a Director of a sub-stance abuse clinic, hospital Psychologist and Psychologist in private practice. He maintains a clinical practice in Annapolis, MD where he practices with a group of mental health professionals including Psychiatrists, Social Workers, and Counselors. Dr. Hruska specializes in treating adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety disorders including panic, generalized anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive behavior, phobias; and mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Approximately one third of his clients are couples experiencing conflict in their relationship. Dr. Hruska's broad theoretical base, derived from his education and postdoctoral training, qualifies him to utilize therapeutic strategies and techniques form Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic Psychology, and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet the needs of his patients.
