Teavana has a distorted sense of what good customer service is. Good luck trying to actually make a purchase. The store is too crowded most of the time, but when you go to purchase something, you will find that you will have to wait behind the cashier promoting more tea products, grabbing jar after jar of different teas for the customer at the register, while you wait and wait and wait, for more than 6 or 7 minutes, for the one customer at the register, and if there are 2 people in front of you, expect to wait for a minimum of 10-15 minutes to make your purchase, except, of course if you go to the store in the middle of the week during the day and the store is completely empty of customers. It is so disappointing to like a product, and attempt to purchase it repeatedly, but because the cashier promotes products at the register, their customer service is virtually non-existent; promoting product at the register isn't customer service, it's promoting product for sales, making customers wait for excessively long periods of time that are ready to purchase, while teavana promotes their products at the expense of YOUR time, waiting and waiting, not good customer service at all. If you go, go during the day during the week, DO NOT go on the weekend.
