Only a long wait late at night

I usually don't experience problems at Wendy's but there was one bad experience. My mom and I went to the drive through window and after getting our order I noticed that we didn't get a reciept. I told this to the openly gay white male and he said "our reciept machine isn't working" so I pointed out the sign that says if you don't get a reciept the meal is free. He said yeah that's usually true but the machine isn't working. I told him if that was the case the sign needed to be removed or covered. He started ranting and raving saying "i'm not doing that - that's ghetto". I said "oh ok since you want to change the rules- I'll just get your name and take it up with your supervisor. He stated "he's not here, I'm the manager today". I got his name and a good look so I could describe him and went home and called Wendy's corporate office. Now they were very nice and not only offered apologies but also sent me free coupons! The next time i went there the guy wasn't there and I was told he was fired for stealing which they found out about from too many customer complaints about reciepts not being given out.
