Just bought second vehicle from Cooper Chevrolet. As usual everything was first class as a buying experience should be. Salesman Ken Wood is an asset to Cooper Chevrolet. He is polite and knows the vehicles he is selling. I will buy my next vehicle from Cooper Chevrolet and would recommend them to friends and family. By the way, Scott the manager does a great job as well.

I had picked out the car I wanted and took it for a test drive. I am in the military and was a USAA member. I told the guy I was looking to buy a new car. On the road test, I tried to talk to him about the car and he could not even answer the questions. He did not even try to sale the car. I told him at least three times that I was active military and a USAA member. We went to the office to talk price and he had to adjust the price three times because he could not remember the incentives that I had. He came back with the price $400 dollars less than the price I would have gotten off the lot. The manager came to the desk and tried to tell me I need to find another vehicle that they were not budging on the price and if I did not like it, go find another place to find a car. The manager is the worst person I have ever dealt with and the sales person did not know what he was talking about. I went to Buster Miles and bought the same car for cheaper price and what I wanted

Do not patronize this dealership! Of all the 4 car purchases my family has made in the last 24-32 months the last two were here and the latest was by far the worst! The salesperson, Ken was nice enough although not overly knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought. That was okay though. He was kind. Mr. Newman greeted us kindly and was very hospitable. But the support staff and finance manager do not seem to want us to return. My father purchased two cars here within the last six months yet he was spoken to rudely by Chad as was I. In the five days since the most recent purchase we have been in contact for additional support yet the personnel has interrupted me, during conversation, failed to return calls and implied that we (the customers) pursue unscrupulous means for registration and insurance. Not to mention they have been far less than gracious which is what is expected when someone trusts you with their purchases! Don't worry, Jodie. Don't worry, Chad. While we have family members currently in the market for new vehicle that WILL NOT be coming to Cooper Chevrolet to make those purchases. I advise that other buyers skip Cooper as well.

I had a wreck and had my car sent to Cooper's by my insurance company. This is no big deal usually they send you to a place that is professional and well managed WRONG!! I was originally quoted to have my car back in 2 weeks. It took them two and a half months!! I was only in a small fender bender there is no reason for that!! They said they would pay for the rental car after my insurance company's allowed time ran out since it was taking a little longer than expected due to "issues find parts not on back order." Yeah that never happened I got a bill after dropping off the rental car to go get my car back finally and it was for $1023.76 so no big deal right. Made phone call after phone call to get things straight finally enterprise was nice enough to let me go and take it up with them! Oh did I mention that after my car was fixed they forgot to call me for 6 days to come get it. During those six days they lost my vehicle it ended up being found two days later on a side lot tagged and processed to be sent to an auction because they thought it was a trade in vehicle!! So STAY AWAY from this company!!
