Placed a flower order for my wife's birthday. Called one week in advance. Gave them the name and address of her work. Included the phone number. The day after her birthday I called to inquire why the flowers were not delivered. The response was they couldn't find the place. No call to me, I had to call them. If you want your flowers to arrive a day late this is the place to call.
