The company I used to work for took all vehicles to Mike's with exceptional service and price. I take all my cars to Mike's and before my wife got her new car I her old car broke down in Pell City. I had several shops look at it there with the same result, the heads are blown will have to be rebuilt and it will cost $1200-$2000 plus any additional things they find while working on it. Had it towed to Mike's got it fixed for $175 and fluid was dripping and making it appear the heads were blown and they even thought this was the problem. They could have charged me for that job and I would have never known. They have saved me money several times and always treat you right. If you ever notice they are always swamped with business, there's a reason for that. Only drawback is they are so good and honest sometimes have to drop your car off just for simple things because they are so busy all the time.

I went to mikes for an oil change, while waiting they alerted me that my radiator hose was swollen and it was wore out. I asked them to replace it, my bill came out to be $80.69 and that included: oil change (castrol gtx high mileage and purolater oil filter) new oil drain plug (I stripped it last time doing my own oil change) new radiator hose and labor. Very nice people, I will definitely be using these guys from now on.

I get my oil changed and tires and just about all the basics done here. I drive an unusual import for the area so major things I have to go out side the area for due to parts and thing. I have never had a bad or hard time! They are the cheapest and best place around! I usually pay $65 for an oil & filter change compared to $135 everywhere else and I have to use a nonstandard oil type but I just call an hour ahead and it's there waiting on me. The customer service is great to say the least! They care and treat all equally my wife started taking her car and the don't do all that oh you need this and that routine to get a few extra bucks that usually happens when a women takes a car in for service. So like I said I recommend Mike's to everyone. Plus I read that they have won the best service station for the county for the past 5 years!!

My car broke down while traveling back to Atlanta. Had it towed to the Firestone in Oxford. Was told it was the fuel pump and it would be $1000.00 to repair. Called Mike's Auto & Tire Service, talked to Andy. Had car towed to his shop and was repaired for less than half of what Firestone quoted. Drove home with no other issues.

I had some major front end work @ Mike Tires, when working in Anniston, I reside in Lithonia, Ga however was in Anniston w/ my company. I was very please w/ the out come of the service/repair. The staff was friendly & things was done as promised as far as time, price (no hidden charges) was given a warranty on the repair. I'm over all satisfied, the gentleman in the service department named Andy called to keep me informed. I will recommend Mike tires as well as return in the future for service or tires.
