Do not do business here!!!!!........I am a member of a local High School athletic association. We recently noticed we had a very rusted drain grate on the south end of our football facility, and decided it needed replacing before our next home game. We measured the grate, and went to Miller Steel to get them to cut us a new grate. When I arrived on Thursday, they were all leaving for lunch. I decided I would return on Friday morning. When I arrived on Friday morning, I was greeted by a surly employee who informed me that there would be a five hour wait to cut my 31"x42" grate. I went into the office, thinking to place the order and pick it up around closing time. There I was met by another surly employee who was busy gossiping on the phone, and couldn't be bothered to get up and take my order. Take my advice and don't bother with these people. They richly deserve to be unemployed...
