Worst bank in the history of the few banks I have used in my lifetime. Improper paperwork handling, lack of attention to details and being customer friendly, lack of time management, the list is too long……I witnessed an employee simply sign up a new customer for a checking account and it took her almost 2 hours, literally. After 2 issues with this bank I will be moving my accounts to another bank or maybe a credit union. I am a business owner and I will not trust my money with this bank ever again. I am moving to a bank or credit union that treats me like someone and not just anyone. I am not a number…..I am a person……whatever happened to a bank taking care of their customers?
